Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3845

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Mahan Abu Salim, who said: Aisha said: "When a young girl reaches puberty (ihtalamat), that which is incumbent upon her mother becomes incumbent upon her," meaning regarding covering (al-tastur).
