Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Abu al-Umays, from al-Qasim: The eyesight of Abdullah ibn Utbah went away, so a physician was brought to him. He said, "I will treat you [on the condition] that you lie on your back for seven days and do not pray except while lying down." He refused and disliked it.
