Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3971

Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Khalid, from Muhammad, who said: Aisha said: The standing of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in the two rak'ahs before the morning prayer was the length of the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatiha).
