Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:3999

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Umar ibn Ayyub narrated to us, from Ja’far ibn Burqan, from Maymun ibn Mihran, he said: Hudhayfah prayed the Maghrib prayer in a congregation. When the Imam finished the prayer, a man stood up beside him and wanted to pray the two rak'ahs. Hudhayfah pulled him and said: "Sit down. There is no harm upon you if you delay these two rak'ahs; wait a little."
