Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4021

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Abu al-Nadr, from Abu Salamah, from ‘Aishah, who said: When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr, if I was awake, he would speak to me; otherwise, he would lie down.
