Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4051

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Abu Bishr, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, who said: If he was in a place, he would pray them [the two rak'ahs]. And if he was in the mosque, he would not pray them.
