Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4096

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Uthman ibn Abi al-Aswad, from Mujahid, who said: "That I pray behind one who is sitting is more beloved to me than that I pray behind one who is sleeping."
