Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4236

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Ali ibn al-Aqmar, from al-Agharr Abu Muslim, from Abu Hurayrah and Abu Sa’id, they both said: "If a man wakes his wife at night, and they both pray, they are recorded among the men who remember Allah often and the women who remember."
