Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4281

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, that he was asked about a man who prayed Maghrib alone, then repeated it in a congregation. He said: "He should add a rak'ah to it."
