Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4297

Ibn Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from his father, from al-Hakam, that he used to see no harm in repeating all the prayers if one had not performed them in congregation, except for the dawn (Fajr) prayer; for he used to dislike repeating the dawn prayer.
