Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4334

Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Habib, from Ibn Umar, who said: The night prayer has a witr (an odd-numbered conclusion), and the day prayer has a witr. He meant that the Maghrib is the last of the prayers (of the day).
