Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4361

Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: Whoever performs Witr at the beginning of the night, then stands [to pray later], let him pray two rak'ahs by two rak'ahs.
