Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4409

Hushaym narrated to us, from Husayn, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Amr ibn Huwayrith, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would sometimes touch his beard while he was praying.
