Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4513

Waki’ narrated to us, from Harun ibn Abi Ibrahim, from Abdullah ibn Ubayd ibn Umayr, from Ibn Abbas, that he used to say in the Qunut of Witr: "To You belongs all praise, filling the seven heavens and filling the seven earths and filling whatever is between them, and whatever is after that. [You are] the Possessor of praise and glory. The most truthful thing a servant has said, and we are all Your servants: there is no preventer for what You have given, and no giver for what You have prevented, and the wealth of the wealthy will not benefit him against You."
