Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4514

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hassan bin Salih, from Mansur, from a sheikh whose kunya was Abu Muhammad, that al-Husayn bin Ali used to say in the Qunut of the Witr: "O Allah, indeed You see and are not seen, and You are at the highest vantage point, and indeed to You is the return, and indeed to You belongs the Hereafter and the first [life]. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from being humiliated and disgraced."
