Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu 'Ubaydah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The Witr is only for the people of the Qur'an."
