Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4621

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from Abu al-Sha’tha’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that he used to not do it, meaning the Qunut in the dawn [prayer].
