Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4950

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Husayn al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade prayer after the 'Asr [prayer] until the sun sets, and [forbade] prayer after the Subh [prayer] until the sun rises.
