Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Abu al-Aliyah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: Reliable men narrated to us, among them Umar, and the most pleasing of them to me was Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no prayer after the morning [prayer] until the sun rises, and there is no prayer after the afternoon [prayer] until the sun sets."
