Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:4981

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Asim, from Zirr, from Abdullah, who said: "The sun rises while it rises between the two horns of a devil." He said: "So we used to be forbidden from praying at the rising of the sun and at its setting."
