Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Dawud ibn Farahij, who said: My master, Sufyan ibn Ziyad, narrated to me that he used to go to the mosque while he was rushing. He said: Al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam caught up with me and said: "Be moderate in your walking, for you are in a state of prayer. You will not take a step except that Allah will raise a degree for you by it and remove a sin from you by it."
