Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5139

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, [saying] I was informed by Musa ibn Ubaydah, from Dawud ibn Mudrik, from Urwah, from Aisha, who said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in what is other than it of the mosques, except for the Sacred Mosque (al-Masjid al-Haram)."
