Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5144

Waki’ narrated to us, from Usama bin Zayd, from ‘Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Sa’id al-Khudri, from his father, who said: The mosque which was founded on righteousness is the mosque of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
