Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5146

Waki’ narrated to us, [who said] Rabi’ah bin ‘Uthman narrated to us, from ‘Uthman bin ‘Abdullah, from Ibn ‘Umar, who said: The mosque which was founded on piety is the mosque of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
