Waki’ narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Jahadah al-Awdi, who said: I heard Abu Salih, after he had grown old, narrating from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) cursed the women who visit graves, and those who take them as places of worship, and those who place lamps upon them.
