Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5279

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, Hani’ ibn ‘Uthman narrated to us, and he narrated from his mother, Humaydah bint Yasir, from her grandmother, Busrah—and she was one of the emigrants—who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to them: "You must perform Tasbih (saying SubhanAllah), Tahlil (saying La ilaha illa Allah), and Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar), and count them upon the fingertips, for they will come on the Day of Resurrection being questioned and made to speak. And do not be heedless, lest you forget the mercy."
