Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu 'Uthman, who said: 'Umar summoned the reciters during Ramadan. He ordered the fastest of them in recitation to recite thirty verses, the moderate one twenty-five verses, and the slow one twenty verses.
