Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5306

Waki’ narrated to us, from Nafi’ ibn ‘Umar, who said: Ibn Abi Mulaykah used to lead us in prayer during Ramadan with twenty rak’ahs, and he would recite the Surah of the Angels (Fatir) in one rak’ah.
