Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from Tawus, who said: I heard Ibn ‘Abbas saying: ‘Umar invited me to have a meal with him. Abu Bakr said: Meaning the Suhur (pre-dawn meal) in Ramadan. Then he heard the commotion of the people when they exited the mosque. He said: "What is that?" He said: "The commotion of the people as they exited the mosque." He said: "What remains of the night is better than what has passed of it."
