Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5359

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Yahya ibn Waththab, that he used to lead them in prayer during the month of Ramadan. In the standing [prayer], he would not perform the taslim except after four rak'ahs.
