Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5430

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, from Ibn Abi Layla, he said: No one among the people informed us that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, prayed the Duha (forenoon) prayer, except Umm Hani. For she said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, entered my house on the day of the conquest of Makkah, then he performed ghusl (ritual washing), then he prayed eight rak'ahs, lightening in them the bowing and the prostration. I did not see him pray them before that day, nor after it.
