Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5459

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from Muhammad, who said: Hudhayfah said, "Like this, one [time], or leave it." And with his hand, he wiped the ground. Abu Usama said: He means leveling the pebbles or something in the place of his prostration.
