Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5524

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Alqamah ibn Marthad, from Sulayman ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) prayed with us. Then a man said: "Who called for the red camel?" The Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "May you not find it. Mosques were only built for what they were built for."
