Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:556

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, that he disliked *al-iq’a* (sitting on the buttocks with the thighs raised) in prayer. And he said: "It is the sitting of the devil."
