Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5645

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who sneezed while he was in prayer. A man said to him while he was in prayer, "May Allah have mercy on you (Yarhamuk Allah)." Ibrahim said, "He must restart [the prayer]."
