Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5705

Ibn Habbab narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Sarah, who said: I heard Salim, and he was saying: "Do not say 'al-ʿatamah' (the darkness/the late night prayer); it is only 'al-ʿishaʾ al-ākhirah' (the last evening prayer)," [repeating it] twice.
