'Abbad ibn al-'Awwam narrated to us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Nadrah, from Jabir ibn 'Arrab—and he was the leader of Yemen—who said: We were with Haram ibn Hayyan in an army fighting the enemy. Haram said: "Let every man among you perform a prostration under his shield."
