Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:5925

'Abdah narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from 'Aishah, who said: The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), so he prayed. He finished his prayer when the sun had cleared, then he praised Allah and extolled Him. Then he said: "Indeed, the sun and the moon are two signs from among the signs of Allah. So when you see them, pray and give charity."
