Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mu'awiyah, from Ibn Abi Dhib, from Sahl ibn Sa'd, who said: I did not see the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, raising his hands in prayer upon a pulpit or elsewhere. And I have seen his hands level with his shoulders while he was supplicating.
