Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6097

Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Talha, from Ibrahim, who said: If he completes the bowing (ruku) and the prostration (sujud), then passes wind, his prayer has ended, even if he did not perform the tashahhud.
