Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6111

We came with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) from al-Hudaybiyah until, when we were at al-Sahba’, Mu’adh said: "Who will give us water in our water skins?" He said: So I went out with some young men who were with me until we reached al-Athayah. We gave water and we drew water. When it was after the darkness of the night, a man was calling out from his camel: "Water!" He said: It was the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). I took his mount and made it kneel. He stepped forward and prayed the Isha prayer, while I was to his right. Then he prayed thirteen rak'ahs.
