Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:612

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Ayman, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say: "In the name of Allah, and by Allah. The greetings are for Allah, and the prayers are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger. I ask Allah for Paradise, and I seek refuge in Allah from the Fire."
