Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6199

'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from his father, that he used to complete the Quran in eight [days]. And that Tamim al-Dari used to complete the Quran in seven [days].
