Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:620

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that he used to say in the two rak'ahs: "Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah."
