Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6277

Abdullah bin Numayr narrated to us, he said: Ubaydullah bin Umar narrated to us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever eats from this plant, let him not approach the mosque until its odor goes away," meaning garlic.
