Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Isra’il and his father narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Hujayr al-Taghlibi, from al-Aswad ibn ‘Ali, from ‘Abdullah, who said: Seek the Night of Decree on the seventeenth night, for it is the morning of Badr, the Day of Criterion, the day the two hosts met.
