Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6309

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Ubayd Allah, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Sabit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to wake his family during the last ten nights of Ramadan. And he would gird himself [for worship] during them.
