Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6334

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from his father, from al-Harith ibn Shubayl, from Abdullah ibn Shaddad, that Ibn Umar did not sit during the two rak'ahs. So he performed the tashahhud at the end of his prayer twice.
