Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sa'id bin Hassan al-Makhzumi narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Ubaydullah bin Abi Nuhayk, from Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He is not of us who does not chant the Quran," meaning: who does not seek sufficiency through it.
