Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:64

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Asim ibn Kulayb, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Aswad, from 'Alqama, from 'Abdullah, who said: "Shall I not show you the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace)?" He did not raise his hands except once.
